I just wanted to write to you to say thank you so much for allowing me to do the Crystal Caves tour today! It was wonderful and I really appreciate it.

But I especially would like to say how fantastic our guide & driver was! - absolutely brilliant, so so knowledgeable, narrating from start to finish, he was like an encylopedia, and answering all guests questions, I believe they loved it too, and seemed very happy;-)
